wakeup session

Great if you want to feel clear, grounded and “switched on” for the rest of the day.

Meditative evening yoga
A slow, calming practice to downshift after a full day. We move with attention, hold shapes longer and give the nervous system space to settle. Expect gentle stretches, breath work and a quiet finish that helps you feel lighter and more relaxed. This class is perfect if you’ve been stressed, tight, or simply want to sleep better. No performance — just steady guidance and room to be where you are.

pilates stretch
A functional class for posture, core support and mobility. We work through controlled Pilates-style sequences and then open the body with longer stretches. Expect focus on deep core, hips, glutes and shoulders — the kind of work that makes everyday movement feel easier. Great if you sit a lot, feel stiff, or want a stronger base for yoga, surf or training. You’ll leave feeling longer, lighter and more “aligned”.

Expect sweat, strength, and that “clean mind” feeling afterwards.

A calm, grounding class that suits most bodies and most days.
